We heard you! We are excited to announce that we are bringing back the online appointment for Pandora Nail Spa. When you check in, your online reservation will also be linked to our customer management system so that we can better serve you. We expect that the online booking system will reduce the time you spend calling us directly to schedule an appointment. It will also assist us in preparing sufficient staff and enhancing the customer experience for your visit. Due to the fact that we are releasing a beta version of the system, there are a few restrictions and limitations. Although we can do so, it is preferable to call us directly if you are:
- Booking for a party of 2 or more.
- Same day appointment. (Current, same day appointment is not available for online booking)
- Booking with a specific staff. (It’s challenging as we do not have a fixed schedule for every staff)
