We consider our client's health and safety our top priorities. To keep our clients safe from different contagious diseases and infections we follow strict sanitation standards.
Every nail treatment is done with brand new nail kits. I.e: file, buffer, scrubber etc.
The metal tools are disinfected with an EPA-grade disinfectant and then sterilized in a hospital-grade sterilizer after being packed in sterilized pouches until the next treatment.
The pipeless pedicure spas are sanitized using a 3-step cleaning process, after every service. (Clean, Wash/Rinse, Disinfect)
All these standards are far more than the state's requirements and maintaining all these standards takes a lot more effort and time, but it is all worth it in the end as your safety is the priority at Pandora Nail Spa.
In order to provide extraordinary service and to accommodate specific schedule for you, please call ahead to request for your appointment. If you happen to be in the area, you can always drop-by, we will try our best to accommodate, but it's not guaranteed to be instant.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time with no refund. This includes but is not limited to the usage of drugs, alcohol, sexual comments/remarks or any unacceptable behavior that we feel is inappropriate. As licensed professionals, we follow a strict code of ethics. It is very important that a safe environment is maintained for ourselves and each of our clients.
We pride ourselves in the highest hygiene standard that we strictly follow, as we don't want our customers to be concerned about getting any infections while having their nails done. At Pandora Nail Spa, we enforce some procedures to eliminate any risk of spreading of bacteria by the following:
All the metal tools are sterilized in a machine named autoclave. It is a dry heat sterilization machine of hospital grade. After sterilization, tools are packed in pouches that only be opened during the treatment.
We sanitize and disinfect the whirlpool spa chair tubs after every single pedicure.
We have sealed pouches of manicure/pedicure kits that include every tool needed for your manicure or pedicure, such as files, buffers, toe separators, etc. For every treatment, we open a fresh pouch. (each porch may vary based on the nature of the service)
Our staff is strictly asked to wear a pair of rubber gloves to avoid the spread of any infection or bacteria.
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards. If you are using gift certificate please let us know when making your appointment.
To get the best out of your appointment, we suggest our customers to check-in 10 minutes prior to their appointment as this gives them some extra time to settle in, get add-ons if they want any, and choose a color from our vast range of nail polishes.

A basic manicure takes between 20-30 minutes. Artificial nail services, such as tips, acrylics and gels, average about 40 minutes. The cost is quite affordable, and the results are well worth it.

The time that a regular manicure takes is about 20 to 30 minutes. Other services for synthetic nails, like tips, acrylics, and gel, take about 40 minutes on average. We make our price quite affordable and reasonable, and the result is worth all this time and money.
A manicure includes the treatments cutting, shaping of the nail. In this treatment, excess cuticle growth is removed, lower arm and hands are massaged, and at the end, nails are polished with the color of your choice.
It's recommended to have it every 1 – 2 weeks.
A pedicure is a treatment for the feet which is comprised of the same services as the manicure, the cutting, shaping of toenails, excess cuticle remove, massage of legs and feet, and at the end, nails are polished with the color of your choice. Most of these treatments are performed in a foot spa equipped with a powerful jet stream while the customer sits in a massaging chair.
It's recommended to have it every 2 – 3 weeks.
The lasting time of a regular manicure or pedicure is around one to two weeks, but it depends on your daily routine, such as working in a garden without gloves etc. The fresh appearance of services like acrylic, tips, wraps, and gels lasts considerably longer than regular manicures and pedicures as they have high durability.
Shellac is a nail colour of hybrid nature; it is applied in the same manner as nail polish and maintains its flawless high gloss shine for at least 14 days, and removing it takes a few minutes.
Yes, Shellac does NOT include Formaldehyde, Toluene, or DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate)
Nail art is the making of different patterns and designs on nails by the use of fine brushes. The prices of nail art depend on the complexity of the design. Customers can choose designs from our wide variety or bring their design, and we will replicate it in the best way we can.
The most popular extension for nails nowadays is acrylics. The cause of their popularity is their strength and versatility. Acrylics can be done in any color or shape the most common service is the French manicure, as this finish goes along well with every outfit. They can also be finished in many different colors to match the client's outfit and style, or trend.

This is being done by our licensed estheticians. This helps boost the skin's natural moisturizing and lessens fine lines and wrinkles on the face.
Waxing is the most practical way to remove body hair, making the skin smooth and glowing. It will last longer than shaving and is more effective. Unlike shaving, it doesn't leave any cut stubble or itch.
Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount or for any services and may be purchased online (currently unavailable), in person or by phone. Pandora Nail Spa is not responsible for a lost or stolen gift certificate.
Darn! Cannot make it? There is a change in the plans. We understand these kinds of things happen but to be on schedule, we follow a strict policy regarding your reservations’ cancellation. All this is to protect your times and ours.
Individual Cancellations/No Shows: For your appointment’s rescheduling or cancellation, please contact us at least 12 hours prior before your appointment. We will have to charge you 50% of the service you scheduled if you cannot cancel within the 12 hour time frame and we will be charging you for the full-service for a no-show.
Group Cancellations/No Shows: For parties of three or more, please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Groups of three or more that do not show up without cancelling in advance will be charged the full price of all services originally scheduled.
We get Bay Area traffic. Please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you, however we are only able to hold appointments for 10 minutes past your scheduled time.
